10 Exhibits To See Before September Ends

The boys of summer are almost gone, and so are a lot of exhibits across DFW. It’s easy for time to get away from you during the summer months, but here at DallasChild, we’re looking out for you. So if you haven’t been to one of these museums lately, check out these seen these art and kids exhibits before they end in September. Some museums have a couple of exhibits on their way out, so consider spending another hour or two so the kids can see both.

Sep 9: Ernesto Neto’s Cuddle on the Tightrope at Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas

Sep 9: Sightings by Erick Swenson, another at the Nasher

Sep 9: The Magic School Bus Kicks Up a Storm at the Museum of Nature & Science in Dallas

Sep 16: Planet Shark – Predator or Prey, also at the Museum of Nature & Science
This also means the end of those Sharky Sundays, shark feedings and dissections, and the Flying Monsters IMAX show.

Sep 16: The Zula Patrol – Mission Weather at the C.R. Smith Museum in Fort Worth

Sep 30: Native Texas Butterfly House and Garden at the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary in McKinney
