Penguin Days at the Dallas Zoo
Did you feel the temperature drop today? The weather hopes to be warmer tomorrow but the penguins at the Dallas Zoo aren’t complaining. Take a trip to the zoo for Penguin Days through the end of February and get all-day admission for only $5 (it’s normally $15 for adults and $12 for kids). Save your dollars for the Monorail Safari Tour to see African habitats not accessible by the zoo trails, take on a camel ride, or go for a spin on the endangered species carousel. And don’t forget to visit the Children’s Zoo and to check up on the zoo’s two koalas, Kobi and Tekin, at the Koala Walkabout. The zoo is open from 9am–4pm daily.
Correction: The koalas will be at the zoo until March 2015.
