New exhibits at Sci-Tech Discovery Center
Check out the four new exhibits for scientists-in-training, now open at Sci-Tech Discovery Center. Visit 24 interactive stations inside the Bodies in Balance exhibit and work with tools to explore your body’s maze of complex systems and functions. Discover how the FBI uses the science of our genes to solve mysteries in Putting DNA to Work. Create a giant nanotube model from foam carbon atoms in Explore Nano, or Launch a foam ball into a target until a mini wooden catapult and play with other simple machines that demonstrate the basic principles of physics at the Coordination Station.

Neighborhood Fishin’ Pond Stocking
Bring a fishing pole to Kidd Springs Park in Dallas and fish for trout stocked by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The park is open Tuesday from 9am–9pm. Never been fishing before? Visit neighborhoodfishing.org for some tips for beginners.

Titanic – The Artifact Exhibition
See more than 250 restored artifacts and tour recreated rooms of the RMS Titanic at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, and learn about the modern-day recovery and restoration efforts. The exhibit is on view through March 24. Special admission is $26 adults, $18 for ages 4–12 and $10 for ages 2–3.
