Get a little artistic this weekend—for a good cause! This Saturday from 11am-1pm the Dallas Museum of Art is offering families the chance to come in and create a reflective art piece for the SLANT 45 regional art exhibit, debuting this fall. SLANT 45 is a partnership between Big Thought and the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee, and the goal this weekend is to show everyone the great impact that service learning is having on North Texas kids—what’s not to like?
Reservations are required, so hurry up and call 469/621-8989. The workshop is free, and registered participants will get free museum admission!
